You sit down, full of hope, and open an app to find support. Hours pass as you navigate clunky interfaces, overwhelming features, and impersonal advice. Your excitement dwindles with each frustrating roadblock. Finally, you give up, feeling disheartened by the lack of connection and the missed opportunity to truly engage with your mental health.

Juicebox is an app dedicated to changing the entire narrative of mental health and design it for a new generation. Its mission is to build tooling that is adaptive to any individual’s lifestyle and provide an ecosystem for those with short attention spans.

With this baseline of understanding into the problem from a scientific perspective, we went on to talk to our users.
